What we collect.
The data you give us (workspace name, email, password) and minimal usage data (IP for rate limiting, browser for support). We do not track you across sites.
What your visitors see.
The widget collects only what's needed to deliver the chat: a fingerprint, page URL, approximate location, and message content. No third-party analytics. No ads.
Where data lives.
Your workspace, conversations and email live in the EU — Hetzner Falkenstein DE, Amazon SES eu-west-1. Payments run through Stripe (US) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Backups are encrypted and held for 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR).
Export your data anytime from Settings. Request deletion via Settings → Delete workspace. Data is removed within 30 days.
